Founder & President

Brings extensive experience as a former NCAA Division I player and coach to the organization. She holds a BSc in Exercise Science, an MSc in Physiotherapy, and CONCACAF National B and C coaching licences, providing expertise in player development, injury prevention, and athlete-centered coaching. Anisha is passionately committed to equity and long-term participation for girls and underrepresented youth, leading initiatives that remove access barriers, elevate coaching quality, and create safe, inclusive environments that keep players engaged in soccer.

Vice President

Oumer Kinnarath is Vice President of A.K. Support Soccer For All, bringing extensive experience in recreational sports and a strong community-focused perspective. His lifelong involvement in sport has provided him with expertise in inclusive participation, teamwork, and accessible programming for youth and families. Oumer contributes to governance, program development, and community engagement, supporting strategic planning and organizational oversight to ensure programs remain welcoming, safe, and sustainable. His collaborative leadership and deep connection to grassroots sport strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver high-quality, community-driven opportunities for all players.

Treasurer

Margaret Kinnarath is a sport leader and advocate for girls in sport who serves as Treasurer of A.K. Support Soccer For All, providing financial oversight and responsible stewardship in a non-profit governance context. As the owner of A.K. Soccer Academy and a mother of three daughters actively involved in sport, she brings both professional and lived experience to ensuring programs remain inclusive, sustainable, and accessible. In her role, Margaret supports budgeting, financial reporting, accountability, and compliance, helping guide sound fiscal decision-making that aligns resources with the organization’s mission to support youth through sport.

Executive Director

Shafi Abimbola Salam is the Executive Director of A.K. Support Soccer For All, bringing both international and local soccer experience to the organization. Originally from Nigeria, he has organized tournaments and provided essential equipment to support youth soccer programs in his home country. In Canada, Shafi holds a Canada Soccer C Diploma and contributes actively to the soccer community in Winnipeg, helping create inclusive, high-quality opportunities for players of all ages. His leadership combines technical expertise, community engagement, and a commitment to fostering long-term participation in the sport.
